Prices & BookingA week at the Malt House (Saturday to Saturday) costs from £315 in low season to £480 in high season, including bedlinen and towels, electricity and logs. There is a £15 discount if you choose to bring your own bedlinen and towels. A deposit of 25% is payable on booking. The remainder is due three weeks before the booked date. Short breaks are available out of season, or sometimes at short notice. Please ask. Check availability and exact price on the calendar below before contacting us by email or phone to make booking. We will be happy to answer any queries you may have. If you wish to use the music room please remember to add an extra £80 per week to the price (or £40-£50 for a 3-4 day short break)
Cancellation Policy In the event of cancellation more than three weeks prior to the arrival
date, we reserve the right to retain the 25% deposit. However this will
be returned if the dates can be rebooked. Any additional money paid in

The Malt House is a comfortable and delightful self catering holiday cottage situated near the border between the counties of Devon and Somerset, in the heart of Exmoor National Park (an area of outstanding natural beauty situated in south-west England). The self-catering holiday accommodation, with beds for up to 4 people, offers the perfect base for recreational activities such as walking, cycling, fishing, sailing, hiking, riding and painting, for exploring pretty local villages such as Dulverton, Dunster, Winsford, Exford and Porlock, and for simply enjoying Exmoor's beautiful valleys, moorlands and coastline. There is also an attached music room for the use of groups of musicians wishing to play during their stay at the Malt House.
